Acceptable Use Policy

Growura is designed for legitimate B2B sales prospecting, business intelligence gathering, and professional outreach. You may use the platform to:

• Search for and discover businesses relevant to your services.
• Analyze publicly available business information.
• Find contact information for professional outreach purposes.
• Generate personalized outreach based on analysis data.
• Manage your sales pipeline and CRM activities.
• Export data for use in your own business operations.

You may NOT use Growura for:

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or any communication that violates CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or local anti-spam laws.
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating any person or business.
• Reselling Growura data or services without written authorization.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits or usage restrictions.
• Using the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

Automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction from the Growura platform is strictly prohibited unless you are using our official API with a valid API key on an Agency or Pro plan. Any unauthorized automated access will result in immediate account suspension.

Rate limits apply to all API usage. Exceeding rate limits will result in temporary throttling.

While Growura provides tools for email outreach, we have a zero-tolerance policy on spam. Outreach generated through our platform must comply with all applicable email marketing regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that your outreach practices comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR, and any other applicable regulations.

API access is available on Agency and Pro plans only. API usage is subject to rate limits and fair use policies. API keys must be kept confidential and must not be shared publicly. We reserve the right to revoke API access for any account that violates these terms.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates this Acceptable Use Policy. Actions may include: (1) warning the offending user; (2) suspending or terminating the offending user's account; (3) reporting the offending user to law enforcement authorities; (4) pursuing civil remedies in court.
