Growura is a digital service. All features are delivered instantly through our web platform.
1. Digital Service
Growura is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. All services are delivered digitally through our web application at growura.com. There are no physical products or shipments associated with any of our plans or credit purchases.
Upon subscribing to a plan or purchasing credits, access is granted immediately to your account. There is no waiting period or delivery time.
2. Account Access
Access to the Growura platform is available via any modern web browser. We support the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. No additional software installation is required.
Your account credentials are created during registration and can be used immediately after email verification.
3. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our platform. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance via email and in-app notifications. In rare cases of unscheduled downtime, we will post updates on our status page.
Some features depend on third-party APIs (Google Places, SerpApi, Hunter.io) which may experience their own downtime independent of our platform.
