Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with Growura. Here is our clear policy on refunds, cancellations, and credit usage.
1. Credit-Based System
Growura operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you perform actions on the platform such as business searches, analyses, contact discovery, and outreach generation. Once credits are consumed (used for an action), they are non-refundable as the underlying API costs have already been incurred.
Unused credits from monthly subscriptions reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Top-up credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. Your data and pipeline will remain accessible for 30 days after your subscription ends.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your initial subscription and have not used any credits, we will provide a full refund.
3. Top-Up Credit Packs
Top-up credit packs are non-refundable once purchased, as they are immediately available for use. If you experience a technical issue that caused credits to be deducted incorrectly, please contact our support team and we will investigate and restore credits where appropriate.
4. Exceptions
We may make exceptions to this policy at our sole discretion in cases of: platform downtime that prevented credit usage, billing errors on our part, or documented technical failures that resulted in incorrect credit deductions. Contact support@growura.com for assistance.
